Counselling and CBT
If you're looking to explore how you feel about life and make positive changes to improve your quality of life, you may like to try counselling or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Counselling allows you to talk through what has been going on in your life and how you've been feeling and may help you move on from trauma or negative life events and situations.
