We have all been through a lot in 2020. Perhaps you've lost a loved one, fear losing your job, or have been feeling lonely or stressed. If you feel like you've been struggling mentally or physically, the Sheffield Wellness Centre is here to help you cope and recover in any way we can. We have a range of professionals available, from psychologists to counsellors and massage therapists.
Many people are dealing with the effects of the pandemic, whether that's increased feelings of stress, anxiety, depression, or grief. Common mental health problems have started to surge as well as a general sense of dissatisfaction with life. The pandemic has caused many people to experience feelings of uncertainty about the future. At the Sheffield Wellness Centre, we provide a wide range of wellness services that you may find helpful in coping with changes in your life or better manage depression or anxiety.
