Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state where the analytical, conscious part of your mind becomes deeply relaxed allowing your subconscious mind to become more open and receptive to communication. As a hypnotherapist, I utilise this altered state of perception to help you let go of unhelpful, limiting beliefs and repetitive behaviours.

I am a clinical and medical hypnotherapist and particularly skilled in reducing stress and anxiety. Since qualifying in 2013, I have helped people with a whole range of problems, including, fear of flying, sleeplessness, IBS, chocolate addiction, migraine, blood pressure, panic attacks and those recovering from trauma or coping with serious illness.
I use solution focused therapy techniques which means that your past experience can be looked at just as much as you feel comfortable with, but the present is far more relevant; so I always concentrate on how you are, "right now" and how you want things to be in the future. Hypnotherapy is a powerful and uplifting experience, that people usually enjoy.
Through deep relaxation it helps you to think clearly, feel better and transform rapidly. Importantly you will learn strategies for long lasting change, so you are able to live life to the full.
Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool that can quickly and safely transform your life in just a few sessions. I work to relieve stress and to release you from self destructive patterns of thought and behaviour. All my sessions are supported with recordings that you can listen to afterwards at your leisure. I believe in self – empowerment and teach coping skills together with self-hypnosis.
This gives you the control you need, so that after your sessions have come to a close, you will always know how to use these techniques to keep yourself on track.
