Have you ever felt stuck, lost or overwhelmed, wondering if things will ever change for the better? Sometimes, the longer we go on feeling this way, the more we feel helpless and hopeless and we can beat ourselves up for how we think, feel and behave.

I always thought I was a 'good girl'. I was polite and hard-working, I did what I was supposed to do. On the surface at least. So I went to uni, studied French and History, trained to be a teacher and did pretty well educating the masses to become 'au fait' with the difference between a 'cafe au lait' and a 'baguette'.
I always knew there was something missing, that I was living someone else's idea of what my life should be like. I had forgotten how to listen to myself. I had forgotten how to take care of myself. And I crashed. This led me on a journey to live a life more aligned with my values. I wanted to know who 'I' was, and when I began to peel back the layers of identity, beliefs and habits I'd collected along the way, I began to feel more 'me', more clear, more free.
For me, one of the most important steps in this journey was working with the body as well as the mind and spirit. I believe firmly in the mind/body connection and use a form of Energy Medicine that works using Tradition Chinese Medicine.
Learning how to balance your body's subtle energies can be life changing. What worked for me is different to what will work for you which is why I believe in giving you tools that will help you to discover your own peace, congruence and clarity.

Why you should work with me:
I've had over 6 years working with people in crisis as a result of living with a diagnosis of cancer. I have had the privilege of working with and learning from people who have had to deal with uncertainty, face their mortality and learn to live with uncomfortable symptoms.
All this has shown me that there is always a way to find congruence and peace within, even when in the most challenging of times. That there is always hope for a meaningful life.
