After joining the British Army at the age of 18 I went on to take part in a number of very physical past times including boxing, rugby, football, badminton, squash, water polo, running, kayaking, hiking, parachuting and various martial arts. These have given me a unique knowledge of the human body, its capabilities, its limitations, and how best to keep it functioning at its peak.
After leaving the army and before I began my career in massage I pursued a number of job roles with varying levels of responsibility, which highlighted to me the body’s need to relax, not only from physical exertions but also from emotional and mental stresses.
Two years in, I am a massage therapist to other massage therapists! I know the capabilities of the human body and the benefits of massage first hand and can use this knowledge to tailor treatments to the needs of each individual. Whether it be a sports-related injury, the stresses of everyday life, or just a treat to relax, the treatment you receive from me will be just what you were looking for.
