Jonny Woodall

Medical herbalist

I work very well with patients who have been involved the NHS for many years seeking help for chronic conditions that they are receiving little or no benefit from pharmaceutical treatments. That means I often see a very wide ranging presentation of conditions from mental health issues, infertility, autoimmune diseases, skin and digestive problems.

I specialise in treating people with chronic illness. Usually the patient will have been seeking help from the NHS for many years and is becoming frustrated with the conventional approach of pharmaceuticals.

My herbs are dispensed from my own personal apothecary following a consultation and medical case history examination. Your herbal formula is unique and tailored to the needs of the patient.

I work with the intention of helping the patient transcend patterns of ill health and hopefully break free of whatever diagnosis or problem they are suffering from. A true holistic approach to attempt at treating the individual and not just the symptoms.

Specialises in: Herbal medicine, Bach Flower Remedies
Can help you with: Stress, Chronic illness, pain management.

During a period of intense chronic illness in my early 20’s it was herbal medicine that saved my life.

After my own supposedly incurable illness went into remission I enrolled at university to become qualified as a medical herbalist, so that I would have the skills to help others using the plants that had helped me.

My work as herbalist focuses on prescribing medicinal plants to treat health problems.

Why should you work with me?

Read the testimonials on my website. If you feel touched by what you read then follow that pull to get in touch. It is usually a sign we will work well together if you feel inspired and moved by what what you read.

One of the most common questions I’m asked about what I do is “Do herbs actually work?”

Herbal medicine is the oldest form of medicine in the world. We would not be alive as a species today without our connection to medicinal plants. Modern medicine chooses to ignore the power of plants, offering treatments that offer symptom control at best for people with chronic illness. Plants offer us true transformation and a potential end to patterns of disease.
