I would very much like to help you lead a happy and fulfilling life to its full potential. I’m a fully qualified hypnotherapist, but I also like to combine hypnosis with techniques from Psychotherapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom techniques), Solution Focused, CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), and Mindfulness. All of which lead you to getting you to a place of happiness and contentment.
My speciality is in confidence building, self-esteem, motivation and overcoming anxiety and conquering unwanted habits and self-limitations. Get in touch, I would be happy to work with you to show you that change is just around the corner.
Life’s journeys are never easy and I’m no exception. However, you can stand still or decide to walk on fresh ground to change and discover the way you think and feel in a whole new light. After all, your life is as good as your mindset and becoming the best version of yourself is all that matters.
I like to work with various techniques that are tailored to each client (predominantly hypnotherapy based) that I have professionally trained in: Hypnotherapy school – Central England College, Birmingham and NLP World, Brighton.
Hypnosis is a natural state we all experience from time to time, and if you have ever been engrossed in a good movie, you have experienced a hypnotic trance. Hypnotherapy is using that naturally occurring ‘tuned out’ state (the subconscious) together with therapeutic suggestions to overcome problems or unwanted behaviours.
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is about how the language of the mind that creates the programs we run in life. In essence, everything we interact with (see, hear, touch, taste, smell, think) creates a chemical reaction which triggers a response. NLP helps you purposefully alter those chemicals and therefore your response and behaviour.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. Tapping the body can create a balance in your energy system to heal from physical emotional destress and trauma etc.
Mindfulness is often defined as ‘paying attention on purpose moment by moment without judging’ – Jon Kabat Zin. This means developing the ability to pay deliberate attention to our experience from moment to moment. We learn to tune in to what is going on in our mind and body day to day without judging our experience. Becoming more aware of our thoughts, feelings and sensations may not sound like an obviously helpful thing to do. However, learning to do this in a way that suspends judgement and self-criticism can have surprising results.
If you would like my help to overcome any obstacles that have been stopping you from enjoying life, I would be happy to help you break free of your limitations and fully resolve your issues.
