Do you feel stressed, anxious or simply stuck? Does your life seem overwhelming? Are you on the cancer journey? Are you struggling to cope with grief or loss? Have all the changes and challenges become too much? Have you thought about how therapy could help?

Whatever the reason for seeking help, I would be happy to have a chat about how I can help you get things back on track.

I am a qualified therapist, grief counsellor, and Sheffield’s first Certified Hypno-oncology Practitioner, registered with The National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH), The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), and The National Council of Integrative Psychotherapy (NCiP). I work with a combination of psychotherapy, CBT, ACT, hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching. I am also a certified Heal Your Life® trainer and an experienced teacher of yoga and meditation.

I am also the co-author, with Kate Oliver, of the internationally published self-book, ‘Rise and Shine – How to transform your life, morning by morning’. This is available worldwide in English and has also been translated into three languages (Italian, Romanian and Polish).

My blog posts:

What happens in a session?

I specialize in helping people to:

Manage stress & anxiety

• Improve mental wellbeing

Increase confidence & self-belief

• Handle grief and loss

• Deal with a serious or life-limiting illness.

My approach is client-centred, which means that our sessions are tailored around you and your needs. I have developed a highly effective approach called, The B.E.S.T. Method© – this combines simple breathwork, emotional release exercises, and somatic movement practices, with therapeutic interventions (psychoanalysis, hypnotherapy, CBT, NLP and coaching).  And I offer a safe and inclusive space; one where everyone is welcome and equally valued.
