How can antenatal classes help me?
Come and find like minded mums preparing for birth in a relaxed and empowering setting. Learn how to move with your baby and connect with your ability to birth.
I am passionate about helping you find your way through your birth process. First time, second time or even more it doesn’t matter how many babies you have birthed or how or where you birthed them, come along to a class and experience the gentle flowing style of movement and peer support.
I am also able put you in touch with various groups and individuals in Sheffield who may be able to offer help and support for your journey.
Each class will deliver…
What is Daisy Birthing?
The Daisy Foundation all inclusive Active Antenatal® method is a ground breaking, effective and all encompassing pregnancy class.
It can help you to learn antenatal education and active birth techniques in a truly effective way – anchored to your breath, your body and your movement – exactly where you will need it on your baby’s birthing day.
What happens in antenatal classes?
Classes use gentle flowing moves to help ease pregnancy aches and pains as well as help you prepare for labour and birth. Whatever your birth choices or path, these classes will support you as your baby grows with powerful, practical antenatal education and nourishing support. Weekly classes are for mum only.
To complement your birth preparation I also offer a Daisy Birthing Active Birth Workshop through The Daisy Foundation as well as a Parent Workshop ready for baby’s arrival.
It’s a way to meet new friends whilst enjoying a wonderful, complete and unconditional (all birth choices are supported) way to prepare your mind, body and baby for birth.
