I've visited the Centre for a massage and I'm about to begin hiring the rooms myself as a practitioner. The rooms are really beautifully done out, with a lot of care and attention to detail. Richard has been very supportive and helpful in getting registered and started up.

I was embarrassed to open up about the extremity of my comfort eating but Richard made me feel comfortable about it. Even before the weight loss hypnotherapy sessions began he made a difference to my thinking by helping to change my perspective on the issue and see it as something I could get control of. 3 weeks and 3 sessions later and comfort eating has lost its grip on me, I'm making better and more conscious decisions about food and steadily losing weight. Thanks Richard.

I've spent a lot of time down at the wellness centre practicing hypnotherapy and found it to be a wonderful environment to work in. Its run and staffed by very professional and kind people and I can't recommend it enough, either as a client or therapist.

i had 1-1 a reiki session with Nadine and it exceeded expectations. parking for the wellness centre on nearby streets was easy, it's easy to find and the therapy rooms are beautiful. i couldn't recommend it enough and will 100% be returning!

Super lovely people and place! Lovely rooms, lovely vibe. Great place to have a massage and so well located. Lots of thought and care has gone into making this place as special as it is. Highly recommend. Had a hot stones massage with Fi today. I’ve been floating ever since. Highly recommend. Great way to treat to aching shoulders and neck. I feel renewed x

I had a Reiki session with Nadine, it was so good and Nadine was excellent she took time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable. Good communication and really helpful. So happy with the session I booked straight in for my next.

Contacted the Sheffield Wellness Centre for a Reki treatment. Communication was great and Richard put me in touch with Jennie Swift. The centre is a lovely relaxing space and Jennie was amazing, making time pre treatment to understand my needs and provide a lovely and safe space to have a relaxing reki treatment along with a lovely crystal and mantra to keep working on. I can’t recommend Jennie and the Sheffield Wellness Centre enough for the treatments and support provided.

Richard was amazing. Called in short notice for same day room and happily set a room up for me straight away. Room was clean, tidy, good WiFi and free water provided. Cheapest on google too. Thanks a lot! Will defo book in future.

I've had two massages with Fi at the Wellness Centre 'so far' and both times I've come away feeling like a different person. Fi not only has magic healing hands that make you feel wonderful with every touch, but she treats you with such calm and gentle compassion that this is a really holistic therapeutic experience. Definitely recommend

Had an incredible massage with Fi recently here on my back, neck and shoulders and it really eased my tensions. Easy to get to and the rooms are really cosy, warm, clean and decorated to a high standard. Fi was very professional and makes you feel at ease. Will definitely be making another visit soon

I was delighted to find Sheffield Wellness Centre while looking into options to resume and expand my practice after a difficult year, during lockdown and restrictions.Rich was available to show me around and talk me through everything the centre offers.The space is discreet yet easy to find in a fantastic and easy to reach location.The rooms are calm and inviting with consideration taken for our new way of working.After a conversation with Rich I found myself joining the centre!I am really looking forward to meeting the team as I start out using the centre.Thank you!

I had a pregnancy massage with Fi and it was amazing! the centre is a very relaxing place and she had it warm and comfortable for me. Despite her wearing PPE, the gloves didn't affect the feel of the massage and wearing masks made me feel safe. The actual massage was so relaxing and relieved any tension I felt as Fi had asked me where any tension was. I would highly recommend her to any pregnant ladies!

I am delighted to now be part of the Sheffield Wellness as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist. The centre is a hidden gem in Sheffield, off Abbeydale road with an independent local café in the courtyard. The counselling rooms are exactly what I'm looking for for my practice, and Rich has been supportive, welcoming and flexible every step of the way.

As a complete beginner and not being quite as agile as I'd like I was a bit nervous about attending a Yoga class but while I may be slightly biased given Elisha of Grow Yoga is my daughter I can honestly say I enjoyed every second of her class. She's a beautiful human with a passion and energy that radiates from her. She explains everything perfectly and encourages you to just go at your own pace and enjoy. On each occasion I've been I've left feeling like the world is a much brighter place with a calmness that is rare to feel in this very busy world. If you do have the chance to try one of her classes please take it, you'll fall in love with Grow Yoga

I first went to the Sheffield Wellness Centre to attend a sound bath. I fell in love with the place and its energy, the studio was just so calm and welcoming. I have since then joined the practice and couldn't be more excited as the studio and therapy rooms for hire are just what is needed to build a safe and calm practice! Richard has been very helpful in setting things up and iim super excited to work there.

This is a wonderful oasis of calm and positivity tucked away inside a leafy courtyard on Abbeydale Road. The rooms are light, comfortable and tranquil. I always leave feeling brighter than I arrived.

Really excited about starting my counselling practice at Sheffield Wellness Centre. The rooms look extremely comfortable and each have their own quirks. My ideal space. I have had the most wonderful hypnotherapy session with Fi from the Sheffield Wellness Centre. I knew from previous chats with her that she had the perfect voice and open demeanor for hypnotherapy, and I wasn't wrong.She immediately put me at ease and I was able to open up honestly with her. The session itself was lovely, I went quickly into a trance state and, although it's early days, feel very much that the session was beneficial: I already feel lighter and more in control of the anxiety and other problems I suffer with.The Sheffield Wellness Centre is also the perfect therapeutic space. The therapy rooms are lovely and perfectly suited to a range of therapies and the studio is bright and welcoming. I'm so excited to continue my therapy with Fi and am 100% sure this will give me so much benefit, I can't recommend her and the SWC enough.

This is an amazing space and i am very much looking forward to running regular yoga classes from here. It's a great location in Sheffield and as soon as i walked into the studio i knew i could work from here. Very clean and well maintained space and its obvious a lot of love and care has gone into setting it up.

Lovely venue, I had a Reiki session with Jess. It was my first session with her, she was very welcoming and explain the process in detail. The treatment was wonderful, I felt relax and a sense of joy during the session.I highly recommend Jess and the place to anyone that wants to try Reiki for the first time as she is a very gentle and calm person.

I rented a room at SWC as and when i needed it for a short time. Whilst i was there the rooms were always spotless, the booking system was efficient and Richard (the owner/manager) was always prepared to go the extra mile to help make my experience better.Highly recommended clinic/wellness centre with lots of experienced therapists and practitioners

I couldn't recommend Natalia enough! I have been treated by her and her essences for over a year now and we have gone through different levels of healing processes that I needed to go through. The powerful drops prepared for you at the end of the session gives you the extra help that you need to face your challenges... Thank you ever so much Nah! For the healing reiki sessions, the essences treatments and all the generosity and knowledge you bring and mix from your long time experience as a therapist; which makes your sessions unique and rich in love, faith and hope!!! �

Although based in Chesterfield I have been looking to expand my hypnotherapy practice into the Sheffield area but was having difficulty in locating a suitable therapy room for hire. I then decided to do a search for "therapy room for hire" and "hypnotherapy in Sheffield" and one of the options which came up was the Sheffield Wellness Centre on Abbeydale Road. When looking at the website, the premises looked exactly what I was looking for so I made an appointment to view. The Sheffield Wellness Centre exceeded my expectations. It is in a convenient location and has all the facilities I have been looking for, including an online booking service. The therapy rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished and it will be a pleasure to work with my clients there.

I loved the atmosphere of this place! Since the first contact, they were very welcoming and supportive. The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful stores and a coffee shop, but still very quiet, like an island of peace in the middle of the city. The rooms were cosy, well isolated and perfectly fitted for any therapy. I loved the flexibility and openness to use the premises as well as all the support they offer to develop my personal practice. I'm looking forward to starting working with this beautiful team!

I met with Richard today to view the treatments rooms and the studio. What a lovely, calming, welcoming and comfortable place, with a generous touch of character! I was extremely impressed when I first met Richard, he was kind, informative and genuinely interested in my profession, we chatted for ages and there was no rush. I was in need of a therapy space to work privately and was definitely not dissapointed once shown round the rooms. They are spacious, well equiped and a competitive rate per hour. Richard even went the extra mile (after listening to how I work) by buying and placing something in one the rooms which I can use with my clients. He did not need to do this, but shows how much he cares about the professionals and clients who come to the Wellness Centre.I am thrilled to be using the rooms at the Wellness Centre and look forward to what they hold for my clients.Thank you Richard!!

i used the Wellness Centre main room for a photoshoot ... The light was perfect, the environment clean and pleasing and the people lovely. It is a such a lovely environment in which to work and the calming and easy feel of the place unmistakable. While A photoshoot is not the primary role of the Wellness Centre I can highly recommend it should you want to use it as such ... And other wise ... It is just a lovely calming environment to use and the guys who run it lovely!!!!

I want to say a huge thanks to Richard he is amazing person and I am very pleased working with Richard ! I can't believe how I am change I mean my attitude and behaviour with my food , in the past I try 1000 diet and SlimmingWorld and weight watchers etc , yes it helps to losing weight but for temporary, but with hypnotherapy sessions you can start control what you eating and how much ! I always having sweets after every single meal even if I was full but now I don't need it!!!! I had 2 hypnotherapy sessions and I am very very satisfied. I am so grateful I meet Rich in my life I know it's not very cheap but believe me it worse it every single penny!!!!!! Thanks Richard!

Pamper PartyWhat a great idea! A bit of ‘me time’, in the most wonderfully relaxing surroundings. The Wellness Centre has such a relaxed, homely feel to it - much nicer than my actual home, as it is clean, tidy and welcoming!The atmosphere immediately put me at ease, I absolutely loved having time to chill out, chat and eat cake. Fi is the perfect hostess, making sure that we all had everything we needed, with her wonderful warm and caring manner. It was great to be able to choose what particular treatment or massage I wanted on the day. I surprised myself by trying something new and going for the hot stones massage, and I’m so glad I did. It was amazing, so deep and yet so gentle.It was really nice to experience my massage while listening to everyone else chatting happily, too. I completely recommend this if you are looking for the perfect excuse to have some guilt free time to yourself.

I've been considering hypnotherapy for some time, but have always been slightly sceptical of the claims made about it's efficacy. I spoke to Richard Hennessy, based at the centre, and was so impressed by his knowledge and openness about the process. Combined with the clear information available via the website, I have found the trust I needed to move forward with this treatment.

That being said, the alternative therapies we offer have large number of people confirming that they are real and have had a positive effect on their life.
