I've had two massages with Fi at the Wellness Centre 'so far' and both times I've come away feeling like a different person. Fi not only has magic healing hands that make you feel wonderful with every touch, but she treats you with such calm and gentle compassion that this is a really holistic therapeutic experience. Definitely recommend

Had an incredible massage with Fi recently here on my back, neck and shoulders and it really eased my tensions. Easy to get to and the rooms are really cosy, warm, clean and decorated to a high standard. Fi was very professional and makes you feel at ease. Will definitely be making another visit soon

I was delighted to find Sheffield Wellness Centre while looking into options to resume and expand my practice after a difficult year, during lockdown and restrictions.Rich was available to show me around and talk me through everything the centre offers.The space is discreet yet easy to find in a fantastic and easy to reach location.The rooms are calm and inviting with consideration taken for our new way of working.After a conversation with Rich I found myself joining the centre!I am really looking forward to meeting the team as I start out using the centre.Thank you!

I had a pregnancy massage with Fi and it was amazing! the centre is a very relaxing place and she had it warm and comfortable for me. Despite her wearing PPE, the gloves didn't affect the feel of the massage and wearing masks made me feel safe. The actual massage was so relaxing and relieved any tension I felt as Fi had asked me where any tension was. I would highly recommend her to any pregnant ladies!

I am delighted to now be part of the Sheffield Wellness as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist. The centre is a hidden gem in Sheffield, off Abbeydale road with an independent local café in the courtyard. The counselling rooms are exactly what I'm looking for for my practice, and Rich has been supportive, welcoming and flexible every step of the way.

As a complete beginner and not being quite as agile as I'd like I was a bit nervous about attending a Yoga class but while I may be slightly biased given Elisha of Grow Yoga is my daughter I can honestly say I enjoyed every second of her class. She's a beautiful human with a passion and energy that radiates from her. She explains everything perfectly and encourages you to just go at your own pace and enjoy. On each occasion I've been I've left feeling like the world is a much brighter place with a calmness that is rare to feel in this very busy world. If you do have the chance to try one of her classes please take it, you'll fall in love with Grow Yoga

I first went to the Sheffield Wellness Centre to attend a sound bath. I fell in love with the place and its energy, the studio was just so calm and welcoming. I have since then joined the practice and couldn't be more excited as the studio and therapy rooms for hire are just what is needed to build a safe and calm practice! Richard has been very helpful in setting things up and iim super excited to work there.

This is a wonderful oasis of calm and positivity tucked away inside a leafy courtyard on Abbeydale Road. The rooms are light, comfortable and tranquil. I always leave feeling brighter than I arrived.

Really excited about starting my counselling practice at Sheffield Wellness Centre. The rooms look extremely comfortable and each have their own quirks. My ideal space. Richard has been extremely welcoming and already I get a sense of the community feel from there. Looking forward to joining and offering my services here.

I have had the most wonderful hypnotherapy session with Fi from the Sheffield Wellness Centre. I knew from previous chats with her that she had the perfect voice and open demeanor for hypnotherapy, and I wasn't wrong.She immediately put me at ease and I was able to open up honestly with her. The session itself was lovely, I went quickly into a trance state and, although it's early days, feel very much that the session was beneficial: I already feel lighter and more in control of the anxiety and other problems I suffer with.The Sheffield Wellness Centre is also the perfect therapeutic space. The therapy rooms are lovely and perfectly suited to a range of therapies and the studio is bright and welcoming. I'm so excited to continue my therapy with Fi and am 100% sure this will give me so much benefit, I can't recommend her and the SWC enough.

This is an amazing space and i am very much looking forward to running regular yoga classes from here. It's a great location in Sheffield and as soon as i walked into the studio i knew i could work from here. Very clean and well maintained space and its obvious a lot of love and care has gone into setting it up.

Lovely venue, I had a Reiki session with Jess. It was my first session with her, she was very welcoming and explain the process in detail. The treatment was wonderful, I felt relax and a sense of joy during the session.I highly recommend Jess and the place to anyone that wants to try Reiki for the first time as she is a very gentle and calm person.

I rented a room at SWC as and when i needed it for a short time. Whilst i was there the rooms were always spotless, the booking system was efficient and Richard (the owner/manager) was always prepared to go the extra mile to help make my experience better.Highly recommended clinic/wellness centre with lots of experienced therapists and practitioners

I couldn't recommend Natalia enough! I have been treated by her and her essences for over a year now and we have gone through different levels of healing processes that I needed to go through. The powerful drops prepared for you at the end of the session gives you the extra help that you need to face your challenges... Thank you ever so much Nah! I was looking for a pregnancy massage near me and I found Laura at The Wellness Centre on Abbeydale Road. I was in quite a lot of pain with my pelvis and back and really in need of a relaxing massage. The massage itself was done on the floor on the most comfortable beanbag which I found very easy to relax into. The whole session was just amazing, I left feeling relaxed, uplifted and totally at ease. Thank you Laura!

Although based in Chesterfield I have been looking to expand my hypnotherapy practice into the Sheffield area but was having difficulty in locating a suitable therapy room for hire. I then decided to do a search for "therapy room for hire" and "hypnotherapy in Sheffield" and one of the options which came up was the Sheffield Wellness Centre on Abbeydale Road. When looking at the website, the premises looked exactly what I was looking for so I made an appointment to view. The Sheffield Wellness Centre exceeded my expectations. It is in a convenient location and has all the facilities I have been looking for, including an online booking service. The therapy rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished and it will be a pleasure to work with my clients there.

I loved the atmosphere of this place! Since the first contact, they were very welcoming and supportive. The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful stores and a coffee shop, but still very quiet, like an island of peace in the middle of the city. The rooms were cosy, well isolated and perfectly fitted for any therapy. I loved the flexibility and openness to use the premises as well as all the support they offer to develop my personal practice. I'm looking forward to starting working with this beautiful team!

I was extremely impressed when I first met Richard, he was kind, informative and genuinely interested in my profession, we chatted for ages and there was no rush. I was in need of a therapy space to work privately and was definitely not dissapointed once shown round the rooms. They are spacious, well equiped and a competitive rate per hour. Richard even went the extra mile (after listening to how I work) by buying and placing something in one the rooms which I can use with my clients. He did not need to do this, but shows how much he cares about the professionals and clients who come to the Wellness Centre.I am thrilled to be using the rooms at the Wellness Centre and look forward to what they hold for my clients.Thank you Richard!!

i used the Wellness Centre main room for a photoshoot ... The light was perfect, the environment clean and pleasing and the people lovely. It is a such a lovely environment in which to work and the calming and easy feel of the place unmistakable. While A photoshoot is not the primary role of the Wellness Centre I can highly recommend it should you want to use it as such ... And other wise ... It is just a lovely calming environment to use and the guys who run it lovely!!!!

I want to say a huge thanks to Richard he is amazing person and I am very pleased working with Richard ! I can't believe how I am change I mean my attitude and behaviour with my food , in the past I try 1000 diet and SlimmingWorld and weight watchers etc , yes it helps to losing weight but for temporary, but with hypnotherapy sessions you can start control what you eating and how much ! I always having sweets after every single meal even if I was full but now I don't need it!!!! I had 2 hypnotherapy sessions and I am very very satisfied. I am so grateful I meet Rich in my life I know it's not very cheap but believe me it worse it every single penny!!!!!! Thanks Richard!

Pamper PartyWhat a great idea! A bit of ‘me time’, in the most wonderfully relaxing surroundings. The Wellness Centre has such a relaxed, homely feel to it - much nicer than my actual home, as it is clean, tidy and welcoming!The atmosphere immediately put me at ease, I absolutely loved having time to chill out, chat and eat cake. Fi is the perfect hostess, making sure that we all had everything we needed, with her wonderful warm and caring manner. It was great to be able to choose what particular treatment or massage I wanted on the day. I surprised myself by trying something new and going for the hot stones massage, and I’m so glad I did. It was amazing, so deep and yet so gentle.It was really nice to experience my massage while listening to everyone else chatting happily, too. I completely recommend this if you are looking for the perfect excuse to have some guilt free time to yourself.

I viewed the Wellness Centre recently and loved it so much I'm starting to use the centre for myself. Light and airy rooms that are well thought out, calm and inviting. This is located discreetly yet within a thriving area easily reached from all areas of Sheffield, incuding by public transport just a short distance out of the city centre. Lots of different therapies on offer here from a variety of practitioners. Looking forward to learning more about the benefits of those services available.

I viewed the Wellness Centre for the first time this week. The waiting room is a large airy space (previously used as a yoga studio) with hand sanitizer and hand washing facilities readily available. The therapy rooms are currently available to hire for £8 per hour, a reduced rate due to current circumstances. I would highly recommend the rooms at this centre for therapists to re start their face to face private practice as the spaces have a calm and comfortable, homely feel to them with enough space to keep to current distancing guidelines. As an older woman I didn't feel I would find the confidence /motivation to begin a weightloss journey again. However since January I've joined Gemma Hobson's fitnesses classes and have found a love for working out again. you can go at your own pace and what's comfortable for you whilst seeing some amazing results. Thanks Gemma, would recommend to anyone wanting to start to get fit who's been out of the habit for so long.

I have been attending Gemma Hobsons fitness classes on a Monday and Wednesday for several weeks now and I cannot praise it enough. As a bigger woman I always felt conscious attending big gyms and found them intimidating. However at the classes Gemma does the vibe is comfortable , welcoming and I’m seeing a big difference. Toning up and weight loss together in a friendly environment. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Elisha is such a passionate and welcoming teacher with a wealth of knowledge about yoga. I have been teaching weekly yoga classes at the Sheffield wellness centre since the beginning of January, I could not recommend enough! The space is always bright, clean and fresh. I feel relaxed as soon as I enter the room and absolutely love working in the space. The studio is a lovely size, big enough to hold a class and small enough for a personal feel. For people looking to rent space there are also lots of other perks like a simple booking system and Richard and Fi have been great to work with so far 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Grow Yoga is the best! Elisha is the most friendly, patient and welcoming teacher you could possibly imagine! Grow Yoga is a great class for beginners, it’s so relaxing and Elisha is so welcoming and talks you through all the poses. Would highly recommend for beginners and people that are nervous to go to a class by themselves because you will be so welcome 💕💕💕

As a complete yoga beginner, I could not recommend Grow Yoga more! The session I attended focussed on being present and breathing, with the poses being perfect for both beginners or those experienced. Elisha is a natural teacher, I felt reassured that everything was at my own pace and was able to test my body’s abilities with complete guidance. I attended my first ever Yoga session last night at Grow Yoga and found the whole experience really special. It was super easy to book the session and ask any questions about the practice before hand, Elisha was very helpful and reassuring with it being my first time. On the day she was super lovely and made me feel completely at ease which enabled me to gain the most out of the session. I was really impressed with her ability to create such a calming, peaceful atmosphere and to run everybody through the poses and breathing with such a natural flow. Whether you're a beginner or familiar with yoga I highly recommend booking onto Elisha's class. I will 100% be making it a regular session.

Would definitely recommend visiting Sheffield Wellness Centre for Grow Yoga! As a 27 year old with the back and hips of an 87 year old I couldn’t recommend Elisha any more! The classes are run brilliantly and Elisha is great at talking through the different poses and breathing techniques, which is great for a beginner like me! Every session I leave feeling brand new which is perfect!

I teach fitness classes in the studio twice a week and it is such a lovely room! Always kept spotlessly clean and with a really nice atmosphere about it. The ladies who attend love it as they hate big gyms. I would definitely recommend the wellness centre

It's a lovely experience that I found this therapy. I was looking for a therapist I can work with. I have worked with Angela and this experience helped me a lot. Most of all, I felt like there's something out there that actually cares about me. The place is lovely and the room was comfortable so I enjoyed going to the centre.

The Sheffield Wellness Centre is the perfect therapeutic space. The therapy rooms and studio space are all lovely and welcoming and well suited to a range of different therapies.Today I started hypnotherapy with Fi. It was the most wonderful session and she has the perfect voice and character for hypnotherapy. She immediately put me at ease and I was able to quickly open up and be honest with her. I visited the space today and was warmly greeted by Richard who was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable in all aspects of his work. The rooms are well presented and give an atmosphere of calmness, and I can't wait to use them with my clients.

I find these rooms very enjoyable to work from. The centre is slightly tucked away yet easy to find, which makes it an ideal place to hold a practice with a little privacy. The booking process is straightforward thanks to the online booking system and I find the set-up in general is designed to make the therapy experience a smooth, pleasant one for practitioners and clients. I'd highly recommend the centre as a great place to build your practice!

Me and my little boy came to the baby massage (tinies) and we loved it so much we signed up to the baby yoga (wrigglers). Would recommend these classes to any new mum. I really wish I’d known about the antenatal classes whilst pregnant. Fi is so calming and all the babies loved her. Thank you for all your support and advice. Xx

Popped in to have a look at The Sheffield Wellness Centre as a potential space for seeing clients and was immediately struck by how relaxing and welcoming the space is. From the cosy courtyard and cafe, to the quiet and comfortable rooms this is a perfect space for my Remedial Massage, Myofascial Release, Scar Tissue Therapy and Reiki sessions. I'll be tempted to have some treatments there myself as a client too. Highly recommended.

Every time i step into this centre, i feel at home. My shoulders drop and i know that i can relax easily into the treatment. The workshop space is light and cheerful. Love it x

What a lovely and peaceful place. From the moment you are greeted to when you say goodbye, you’re impressed with the welcoming vibe and the way you’re made to feel at home. As soon as you enter, you’re greeted with tea and coffee making facilities immediately making you want to put your feet up and relax. The cleanliness of the place is top notch, couldn’t fault it. Richard was so lovely and you feel like you’ve known him for years because of his character and humour! Before you even enter the building, there’s a lovely outdoor seating area outside it which is very quiet and private. Would definitely come again. Thank you for being so welcoming!

i used the Wellness Centre main room for a photoshoot ... The light was perfect, the environment clean and pleasing and the people lovely. It is a such a lovely environment in which to work and the calming and easy feel of the place unmistakable. While A photoshoot is not the primary role of the Wellness Centre I can highly recommend it should you want to use it as such ... And other wise ... It is just a lovely calming environment to use and the guys who run it lovely!!!!

Fabulous venue with beautiful therapy rooms and a wonderful “feel” to it. The lovely courtyard leads to the quiet rooms - there’s even a little cafe! I’m so happy to have found this little gem of a place!

I come to the Wellness Centre for my Daisy Antenatal classes and it’s the perfect retreat from busy Sheffield life. I love the space, so cosy and you feel really tucked away. The classes themselves are amazing and Fi is the best guide through everything! I will definitely be coming back for the parenting course and the baby massage classes!

I came to the Sheffield wellness centre to do a parenting class and i cant wait to come back to enjoy further classes that are offered at the Sheffield wellness centre. Its a fantastic find- well located and peaceful, its a great space!Many thanks for all your help, and i cant wait to attend more classes and workshops!

Sheffield wellness centre is a fantastic space, very easy to access from Abbeydale road. Furthermore, the space in itself, is calm (away from traffic), warm and very welcoming. I would recommand it highly.

A really lovely welcoming space that's just a few steps off Abbeydale Road making it easy to access. Lots of different therapies on offer as well as yoga classes and workshops and a courtyard and café downstairs for extra relaxation before or after your treatment.

I am ever so grateful to have found this serene, beautifully furnished space to work from. Tibetan Acu-sound requires a peaceful environment, and even though the building itself is located on one of the busiest roads in Sheffield, the owners have done an amazing job keeping the noise out. I was amazed at how quiet the rooms actually are. Looking forward to working on my first client. Thank you Richard and your lovely wife, who I look forward to meeting.

This Wellness Centre is the result of a lot of hard work on behalf of Rich and Fi. They have put their heart and soul into this project. The results are fantastic. The rooms are beautifully appointed, peaceful and tranquil. A perfect place to relax, for whatever reason you are there. Please have a look, decide and visit.

Sheffield Wellness Centre is a fantastic space . All the rooms are warm, welcoming, quiet and well suited for their purpose. It has been recently furnished and painted so everything is fresh and clean. The people who work there are kind, professional, friendly and helpful. The location is really good, it's easy to travel to. The actual complex has a nice little antique shop and a brilliant cafe which caters very high quality home made food and a nice vibe. I highly recommend the Wellness Centre to anyone who is looking use the clinic for therapy or anyone looking to hire out the rooms.

What a great little find, with great people inside it who want to make you feel better.The building itself is cute and quirky, and provides an ideal opportunity to have a light lunch or a sociable cuppa afterwards in the courtyard cafe downstairs. I’m looking forward to being there in the next few weeks, sat in the sun having some home-made cake and a latte. The therapy rooms are both quiet and calm. Being brand new they’re also immaculately clean and will be perfect for any counsellors or therapists wishing to rent them by the hour.All in all, quite a unique set up. Try it.

Really beautiful and calming venue with friendly and experienced staff. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for massage, antenatal classes or hypnotherapy. Conveniently located just above a great tearooms if you fancy cake afterwards.
