Fi Hennessy

Perinatal Educator, Birth Afterthoughts Specialist

My name is Fi and I have been running antenatal classes and offering complete continuity of care with The Daisy Foundation since 2014. From 14 weeks of pregnancy through to the first critical 100 days, I will be your guide through this journey of pregnancy, early weeks and toddler years.

The Daisy birth classes I run are a great way for mum’s to be to meet other mums at a similar stage and to find out really helpful FEDANT approved antenatal information that will help them make an informed choice about birth.

How I can help you

In the past I had more of a corporate/sales career but after the birth of my first child this became very unappealing to return to. The birth of my second child solidified this desire to work in a field I was genuinely passionate about.

I have developed a huge amount of knowledge surrounding fertility, pregnancy and birth over the years and I delights in sharing this with others. If you are looking for a little advice from someone who knows her stuff get in touch!

My birth classes are a great way for mum’s to be to meet other mums at a similar stage and to find out really helpful information that will help them make an informed choice about birth.

I have had 3 full term pregnancies, one miscarriage at 10 weeks and two chemical pregnancies as a result of IVF treatment for a surrogate pregnancy.

You might say I love being pregnant and giving birth! And I would agree. You can read more about my surrogacy journey in HuffPost.

I’ve learned so much through the years, through my own body and through working with many hundreds of families in Sheffield. I am passionate about helping people know their choices and achieve their positive birth.
