I am a qualified therapist, registered with both The National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH) and The National Council of Psychotherapy (NCP). I work with a combination of psychotherapy, CBT, hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching. I am also a certified Heal Your Life® trainer and an experienced teacher of yoga and meditation.

What happens in a session?
I specialize in helping both adults and children to:
• Manage stress & anxiety
• Improve mental wellbeing
• Increase confidence & self-belief
• Handle grief and loss
• Deal with a serious or life-limiting illness.
My approach is client-centred, which means that our sessions are tailored around you and your needs. I have developed a highly effective approach called, The B.E.S.T. Method© – this combines simple breathwork, emotional release exercises, and somatic movement practices, with therapeutic interventions (psychoanalysis, hypnotherapy, CBT, NLP and coaching). And I offer a safe and inclusive space; one where everyone is welcome and equally valued.
My standard weekly practice days are; Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I have some limited availability for seeing clients on Thursday or Friday evenings and on weekends.
These out of hours sessions cost £70. Advance booking is essential. I will do my best to schedule your appointment as soon as possible. However, there can be a two-week waiting period before I am able to fit you in.
