Are you looking for a venue where you can run your therapy or wellness business from? The Sheffield Wellness Centre was established for exactly this purpose. We have worked hard to ensure that we have professional and comfortable surroundings for you to work from. We want your clients to be impressed and reassured as a result of you seeing them from our rooms. We also strive to be ideal for therapists who are early on in their careers and looking to build up their practice and we are also ideal for those health professionals who have changeable numbers of clients or availability and can't commit to using a certain number of hours per month.

Helping your health and wellness business to succeed

At the Sheffield Wellness Centre, we want you to succeed as a therapist or health focused practitioner. We want you to be able to grow and expand your wellness business. We will invest in you. We'll invest time, resources and knowledge.

When you succeed, we succeed. We know from our own personal experience as therapists looking to hire a therapy room that most clinics offer their practitioners either sub-standard to average services or high quality for high rental prices and limited flexibility. It's a catch 22 and your progression can be limited by this. We are different, take a look at what we have to offer and how we can help you succeed.

Associate membership

As a Sheffield Wellness Centre associate you get many benefits. We want you to enjoy seeing your clients from our rooms and we want you as a health professional to enjoy coming to work. To that end we offer the following benefits and features to the people who sign on with us.

How much does it cost to use our therapy rooms?

Our therapy room hire rate is just £11 per hour. We bill in 15 minute increments which means if you need a room for 1 hour and 10 minutes we will round the booking up to 1 hour and 15 minutes NOT 2 hours like some places.

4 talking therapy rooms are available

We have 4 therapy rooms available for hire which are ideal for consultations and one on one therapies like counselling. One of the four rooms is larger than the others and is well suited to couples counselling or family therapy.

I attended my first ever Yoga session last night at Grow Yoga and found the whole experience really special. It was super easy to book the session and ask any questions about the practice before hand, Elisha was very helpful and reassuring with it being my first time. On the day she was super lovely and made me feel completely at ease which enabled me to gain the most out of the session. I was really impressed with her ability to create such a calming, peaceful atmosphere and to run everybody through the poses and breathing with such a natural flow. Whether you're a beginner or familiar with yoga I highly recommend booking onto Elisha's class. I will 100% be making it a regular session.

I find these rooms very enjoyable to work from. The centre is slightly tucked away yet easy to find, which makes it an ideal place to hold a practice with a little privacy. The booking process is straightforward thanks to the online booking system and I find the set-up in general is designed to make the therapy experience a smooth, pleasant one for practitioners and clients. I'd highly recommend the centre as a great place to build your practice!

Popped in to have a look at The Sheffield Wellness Centre as a potential space for seeing clients and was immediately struck by how relaxing and welcoming the space is. From the cosy courtyard and cafe, to the quiet and comfortable rooms this is a perfect space for my Remedial Massage, Myofascial Release, Scar Tissue Therapy and Reiki sessions. I'll be tempted to have some treatments there myself as a client too. Highly recommended.
